Diane K. Lautt
Diane K. Lautt is a native of Manhattan, Kansas and she received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in History and Business Administration: Management and Finance, from Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas in 2006. Prior to attending law school Diane worked as a Financial Analyst for AT&T Application and Hosting Services in Annapolis, Maryland.
Diane earned her Juris Doctor degree with Dean’s Honors from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 2012. While at Washburn University she was a Research Editor for the Washburn Law Journal and published two articles: Right the First Time: A Critique of the Fifth Circuit’s Refusal to Classify Sidewalks as a “Service, Program, or Activity” Under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 50 WASHBURN L.J. 773 (2011); and The American Indian Probate Reform Act: A Five-Year Review, 51 WASHBURN L.J. 105 (2012).
Diane received certificates in Estate Planning and Tax Law.
